Production: 2–7 business days. Your print is made, mounted, and inspected. Nothing is printed until you order it.

Shipping: 3–7 business days once it leaves production.

That's roughly 5–14 business days from order to wall. Larger sizes tend toward the longer end.

We ship to all 50 US states. We're a United States–only store for now, so there's no international shipping, and no customs charges, import duties, or surprise fees at your door.

Shipping is free on every order. No thresholds, no calculated rates, nothing added at checkout.

The price on the product page is the price you pay.

Not necessarily. Each print is produced individually, so prints in the same order may arrive on different days. This costs you nothing extra, and each shipment gets its own tracking.

You'll get two emails: an order confirmation right after checkout, and a shipping confirmation with tracking the moment your print leaves production.

If you're past the production window and the second email hasn't arrived, email us and we'll chase it.

We reprint it and ship a new one free. No return shipping, no restocking fee, no arguing, and you keep the original.

Email us within 30 days with your order number and photos of the print and its packaging.

Because every print is made individually for you, we can't accept returns for change of mind or for ordering the wrong size, your print physically exists and can't be resold.

We'd much rather help you get it right the first time. Check the size guide, and if you're unsure about anything, email us before you order.

Yes, within 24 hours, as long as production hasn't started. Email us as soon as you can.

After production starts we can't cancel, at that point the print exists.

Your image is infused into a coated aluminum panel using heat and pressure, a process called dye-sublimation. The color lives inside the surface rather than sitting on top of it.

That's why metal holds deep blacks and luminous highlights that paper struggles to match. For starfields and nebulae it makes a dramatic difference.

No, metal only, on purpose. Space imagery is mostly deep black punctuated by intense points of light, and that's exactly where paper and canvas struggle. We'd rather do one substrate properly than four adequately.

Hanging hardware comes attached to the back, so your print arrives ready to hang: no framing, no glass, no trip to the hardware store. It sits half an inch off the wall.

Metal prints are also much lighter than a framed piece of the same size.

Wipe with a clean, lint-free cloth. Water, non-ammonia glass cleaner or isopropyl alcohol are all safe on the surface. Avoid abrasive cleaners and scrubbing pads.

Dye-sublimation on aluminum is highly resistant to fading, moisture, and scratching, considerably more durable than a paper print behind glass.

As with any artwork, prolonged direct sunlight is the enemy. Keep it off a wall that takes hard afternoon sun and it will hold its color for a very long time.

Close, but not identical, and usually in your favor. Every monitor is calibrated differently, and metal has a depth and luminance no screen can reproduce.

Most people find the print looks better than the preview. We can't treat a screen-to-print difference as a defect, though, so if exact color matters to you, email us before ordering.

Our size guide lists exact dimensions and suggests where each size works best, which is the fastest way to judge it.

The most common regret is going too small. A print that looks large on a screen often looks modest above a bed or a couch, when in doubt, size up.
